Joseph (Timothy Spall) and Ria (Juno Temple) are kindred spirits, both looking for a way out. When circumstances throw them together an unlikely friendship blossoms – one that gives them both a glimpse of something more, but one that is destined to end in the most extreme of circumstances if either is to escape the confines of their lives and get away for good.
